3817268 - Is it possible to hide or remove the Comment field in Purchase Request Item form?

Symptom

I have been adding tool tips etc through forms and fields, but i want to get rid of this comment box completely, or just hide it, as there are lots of opportunities else where to add comments and internal descriptions. However in forms and fields i cannot see where to hide this box.
