Symptom

When saving changes in Custom Trip Field, Error 500 is returned:

In Kibana logs the following error message is captured:

Concur.Core.DBException: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'UQ_OUTTASK_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES_ATTRIBUTE_ID_VALUE'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.OUTTASK_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES'.
