3817352 - Why does the payment type for an expense in Available Expenses show as Cash/Out-of-Pocket instead of Pending Card Transaction after switching to the new UI?

In the old UI, card transactions in available expenses were showing as Pending card transactions, but when switching to the New UI, the same expense shows as Cash/Out of pocket. Why is it not working in the New UI, what are we missing?

We experience different behavior of travel segment payment types in available expenses.
