3817382 - Why the "Delete" button is still visible even I turn off the "Allow users to delete company card transactions without adding them to a report" setting?

Symptom

Our company has turned off the "Allow users to delete company card transactions without adding them to a report" option in company card settings, but I still able to see the "Delete" button in Available Expense section.

Expense > Credit Card Service

Concur Expense all versions
