3817450 - When modifying field data in user profile, why did It not copy down Immediately to the user's expense report?

Client has fields that are setup so that they copy the field data from the user's profile, to the report header and then onto the report entry line items of their expense report. When updating field data in the employee profile, is there a time frame of when data will be updated on the associated copy down fields?
