3817461 - Why can an inactivated attendee still be searched and added to expense report?

I have inactivated one attendee (attendee type is employee) in "Attendee Admin" and/or I have inactivated one attendee within the profile by adding a termination date. However, when using the "Advance Search" option, the inactivated attendee  can still be searched and added to an Expense report. In addition, if we use first name and last name for searching, his record was displayed, but when trying the email address (one custom field on the attendee form), we cannot search anything. Why is this happening?
