3817526 - Is there a way to find the name of the CC holder if you have only their last 4 digits of the card number?

I am reviewing the file sent from the bank to determine if the user's credit card has already been assigned to them within SAP Concur or if I will need to assign the card to the user.  The file contains only the last 4 numbers of the credit card.  Is there a way to see who, if anyone, is assigned to a credit card if I only have the last 4 digits of their card number?
