User has a frequent flyer traveller program with American Airlines with elite status. He has entered his program into Concur Profile. When the user is booking flight operated by American Airlines via SAP Concur Travel, he is unable to reserve the preferred (paid) seating. The preferred seats are free of charge for elite status members. The seats can be booked on the website of American Airlines without any issues.
