3817624 - Why is my user unable to log into SAP Concur and keeps getting the following message: 'User name or password is invalid. Please try again. Passwords are case sensitive.' ?

Symptom

I have reset and changed the password. I have asked the user to get the 'forgot password' link but he is still unable to log in and keeps getting the following message:

User name or password is invalid. Please try again. Passwords are case sensitive.
