SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have a field in the request header called "Extension of" (field EXTENDED_REQUEST_ID). When I create a request using the web version of SAP Concur, I am able to modify this field, selecting a request I have created previously. When I try to create a request using the SAP Concur mobile app, this field is greyed out and I can't select a request.
