3817687 - Why are station names not suggested in JPT route search drop down list?

Symptom

When searching for a station name in Japanese, the new JPT (Japanese Public Transportation) route search does not show any candidates.
I am logged into Concur in Japanese.

Environment

Expense > Japan Public Transportation (JPT) ; New UI

Concur Expense all versions

Keywords

I am logged into Concur in Japanese, but when I search for a station name in Kanji, no candidates appear. It shows when I search in English. If I set my browser's language preference to Japanese, Japanese language search suggestions will be displayed. , KBA , CON-EXP-JPT-GEN , JPT General , Problem
