3817709 - How do I make sure old custom fields are deleted if I am using the Custom Field Drop Down Import?

I am not sure which pull-down menu selection to use when using Import Data for Custom Field Drop Down. I want to make sure the old Custom Fields are removed from the Custom Fields area of Concur.
