3817754 - How can I implement the commuting allowance changes for CO2 emissions in the mileage rates for Germany?

In Germany, there is a commuter allowance (Entfernungs-/Pendlerpauschale) for commutes between one's residence and their main and permanent job. The commuter allowance amounts to 30 cents per kilometer for the first 20 kilometers of one-way travel to or from the workplace, regardless of the means of transportation or actual incurred expenses
