We use the integration between Concur Travel and Concur Request (Book then Approve). However, when the trip is confirmed in Concur Travel, the system is very slow to redirect the users to Concur Request. Because of that, the users are interrupting the booking process: the Request is not submitted and the trip is cancelled.
