3817833 - Why do I get an error message while adding air segment to an existing hotel booking?

When user is adding an Air segment, for example IAH, Concur is automatically filling the "Departing from..." with another airport.
If the user changes the depart airport to another code, a pop-up displays a message that advises:
"Your flight does not arrive at Houston Hobby airport which is the first location on your existing itinerary. Are you sure you want to do this?"


Why is this happening if the airport I selected is the main one for the city?

When user adds an air segment to an already booked hotel segment, they see a different airport from the city's main one, and see a warning message if they change it.
