3817928 - Out of Office on Full Profile due to non-working days

Symptom

Out of Office (OOO) banner appears on the Full Profile for non-working days.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the user's Full Profile.
  2. Observe that the "Out of Office" banner is shown despite no LOA or pending absence request

Cause

Since 1H2026 Full profile is universally also the latest version. So, out of office logic is the same across profile preview, spotlight and full profile.

Resolution

The affected employees are on a non-working day according to their assigned work schedule, which causes the Full Profile to display "Out of Office" even when no absences are recorded.
