3817933 - Why processor is not able to modify tax posted amount for parent entry?

Symptom

I want to update the Vat amount for the Hotel entry as a processor.But I found the tax posted amount field is greyed out in the Hotel parent entry. How could I do it?

Environment

Expense > Tax Admin / FBT
