3817945 - Why is Concur not choosing the per diem rates defined for King George, VA location on the last day of the trip?

I am trying to bring in daily allowance for one of my employees, Daniel Ryno. The system doesn't recognize King George, VA so I selected Dahlgren, VA which is in the King George District. The system will not bring in the correct per diem rate for that area. It keeps using the District of Washington's rates. He went from Providence, RI to Washington, DC to King George, VA (Dahlgren, VA). Kindly assist.
