3818062 - Why am I receiving warning: "Report totals are not final until the report is submitted. Some expenses may have their exchange rate adjusted to match the rate on the start date/end date shown in the report header."?

When creating an Expense Report with foreign currency transaction(s), an Exception Message with blue icon is displayed:

"Report totals are not final until the report is submitted. Some expenses may have their exchange rate adjusted to match the rate on the start date/end date shown in the report header."
