3818105 - Why is there a Manager/Approver for a user when their profile is searched in User Administration, but when the profile is opened, there is no Expense Approver?

Symptom

I searched for a user under User Administration and I've noticed that on the search result, there is a Manager/Approver assigned for the user, but when I opened the profile of the user and click on "Approvers", the approver field is blank.
