3818141 - Error "We were able to complete your reservation in the HotelService system with Confirmation number:CC0000000001, but could not pass this information on to the travel agency. Please do NOT try this booking again as you will end up with two reservations"

Symptom

I was trying to book a hotel (HotelService) on Concur, however, after pressing Reserve Hotel and Continue received an error, saying "We were able to complete your reservation in the HotelService system with Confirmation number:CC000000001, but could not pass this information on to the travel agency. Please do NOT try this booking again as you will end up with two reservations"
