3818156 - How can I write an email address to Apollo GDS with a pillow for the @ symbol?

Email addresses in Apollo are showing a ? in them when they shouldn't. We need to have the "@" symbol replaced with a pillow because Apollo doesn't support the "@". We are trying to use a filter, but cannot locate a filter that will add a pillow. 

Customer would like to write email addresses to Apollo with a pillow in the place of the at symbol. There is currently not a filter in that will replace the at symbol with a pillow. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
