3818208 - Error for Travel Profile API 2.0 "Org Unit named "XXXXX" could not be found in company with ID XXXXX"

Symptom

When I send a Profile update via Travel Profile API 2.0 POST, the Org.Unit/Division is not updated and there is the following Warning Message in the Response: 

<TravelProfileResponseMessage>
<Code>W003</Code>
<Message>Org Unit named "XXXXXX" could not be found in company with ID XXXXXXX</Message>
<Field>General/JobDivision</Field>
<CorrelationId>xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx</CorrelationId>
