3818216 - Why does the hotel segment in my Request created from a travel booking show the right city name but incorrect state name?

I booked a trip in Concur Travel that contained a hotel.  When my request was created after my booking, the hotel segment shows the wrong city; it's a city with the same name, but in a different state.  For example, I booked in Fremont, California, but in Request it shows Fremont, Michigan.  What has caused this and how can it be fixed?
