We are adding the known traveler number in the Profile Template as SR*DOCOYYHK1--K-123456789. Concur XA shows it is writing in this format, but when we look at the profile in the GDS it shows RMO /SR*DOCOYYHK1--K-KT12346789. This means TSA information is appearing incorrectly in the PNR, and because of this the airline is not getting the information.
