3818265 - Will the Image Delivery Extract functionality work if client does not have SAE job?

Symptom

Our fully approved reports will be posted to SAP directly and not being extracted to SAE file so we do not have an SAE job.
In this situation, are we able to use the Image Delivery Extract function?

Expense > Imaging/Receipts (Not E-Receipts)
