3818275 - Why are users getting errors while saving or submitting expense reports right after a new audit rule was created?

I recently created a new audit rule. I have had about 10 users come to me and say that they keep getting errors whenever they try to save or submit an expense report. I wanted to touch base and see if there was a server issue or if there was something that we can do to get our expense reporting back on track.
