Sabre GDS clients receiving incorrect hotel cancellation policy when cancelling their trip. While booking,the cancellation policy shows as refundable however when they are cancelling the hotel reservation the cancel policy changes to non refundable. This is creating confusion for clients.
Users are reporting a new hotel cancellation policy is being displayed when cancelling hotel reservations via Sabre reservation system.
