3818314 - Why does the system auto-generates a Report Name when moving an Air/Hotel expense?

Whenever I am moving an Air or Accommodation expense to a new report, instead of being prompted to enter in an Expense Report Name, a report name is Auto-generated using the details of the trip.

When moving a trip expense (air, hotel or car icon) to a new report, the system is automatically creating the Expense Report Name without any option to Edit/Create my own Report Name. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
