3818334 - Error. "Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again" when I click on Vendor from the Expected Expense in my Request.

When I add an Expected Expense into my Request and I try to complete the field Vendor, the system displays the error message "Error. Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again."
