3818345 - How do I configure the expense type used on an Itemization to allow selecting the Recurring Itemization as Entry Type?

I am itemizing an expense type (most commonly related to Hotel). 


Within the Itemization tab, we noticed that for some selected expense types, an option titled Entry Type is displayed with an option called Recurring Itemization. 
For these expense types, there is an option titled Your hotel room rate was and, on this option, there are the options The Same Every Night and Not the Same.


For other selected expense types, these specifications are not displayed, and I can only insert the itemization value. 


Why does the Itemization Wizard is different for some expense types?
Is it possible to configure an expense types to allow the Recurring Itemization option?
