3818421 - Employee Import Error: “Invalid Language Code 'fr ' - code must match a record in the CT_LANG table.”

We have employees working from different countries and some of them have special characters in their Names. To ensure that their names are updated in concur in the same way we have it in our HR System, we sent employee import file and defined ‘fr’ à French as the language code (lang_code) since most of these employee’s names are in French. But, the employee import failed with this error. How do I fix this error?
