3818434 - Error: "403 App Not Assigned. Sorry, you can't access because you are not assigned this app in Okta. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator" when signing in SAP Concur with Single Sign-On (SSO)

My company uses Okta as the SSO Identity Provider (IdP). When I try to log in SAP Concur using SSO, I receive the below error:
