Symptom

When processing the employee import file, we get the error below. How can we address this?

An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Expense information for the employee with EmployeeId= [xxxxx]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'UK_CT_EMPLOYEE_LOGIN_ID'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CT_EMPLOYEE'. The duplicate key value is (xxxxx@xxxxx).
