3818458 - Why am I not able to see the QR code after resetting the 2FA?

When trying to follow the 2FA reset steps mentioned in the article How can 2FA/MFA be reset? I'm not redirected to the Password page after clicking on the Reset Two-Factor Authentication button from the reset email. Instead, I'm redirected to the Username page and when I try to enter it and click on Next, then the Password, and Next, I end up on the same part where I can't proceed with 2FA, which causes a loop. Why am I not being able to see the QR code?

The 2FA process in on a loop, When the user tries to click on the Set Up Two-Factor Authentication button, the user is taken to the SAP Concur sign-in page to enter the Username, which is incorrect.
