3818459 - Import files failing to be processed even though all data is correct

I am seeing import failures. I checked the data format being sent and that the files are being encrypted and we are still seeing failures.

Expense > Jobs Data Transfer/Transmission

Concur Expense all versions

Import files are failing to process , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM , Import / Extract Monitor , Problem
