3818461 - Alert: Mileage-specific data cannot be saved unless at least one Road has been added. You can add a Road by clicking on "Mileage Calculator" and then "Save".

Symptom

I found it is not possible for user to manually complete the From Location / To Location field for a Mileage expense in Request module. When I try to save the entry, I got the below error message:

Mileage-specific data cannot be saved unless at least one Road has been added. You can add a Road by clicking on "Mileage Calculator" and then "Save".
