3818472 - Error: “Invalid characters detected; allowed characters are [-A-Za-z0-9]{5,11}"

Symptom

I'm trying to update the Travel Allowance configuration rate for Germany by changing the location from "Neutraubling" to "Neutraubling-Werk". But I'm getting the error message (Error: “Invalid characters detected; allowed characters are [-A-Za-z0-9]{5,11}").
