3818502 - Why is my request sent back every time I submit it (Request Policy setting)?

The Audit Trail of the request shows message of "Your request has been sent back automatically, as configured in your policy." appeared every time the request was submitted and then sent back to the user automatically.


The policy configurations has Approval Time Expired Action configured as Send Back. And the Required approval date of the request is 03/19/2023 2:00 PM. So the request kept being sent back to user based on the policy configuration. 

Admin would like to know why request could not be fully approved and has been sent back right after approval attempt. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
