3818509 - Why is there some information missing from an email notification in Concur Request?

The <!--partial--> tag in the Email Body serves a special purpose. It's designed to pinpoint a section in the notification text that will only appear when the request receives partial approval. 

Any content placed between the markers <!--partial--> and <!--/partial--> (with a backslash) will not be displayed in the final email that is sent for an approved request.
