3818601 - Is it possible to hide or make the 'Personal Expense (do not reimburse)' option to read-only in the custom itemization wizard?

Symptom

When we try to itemize the meal expense type, it will show the Personal Expense (do not reimburse) check box for each expense type in the itemization wizard. Is it possible to hide or make the 'Personal Expense (do not reimburse)' option to not editable/grey out?
