3818634 - I cannot cancel a trip after removing all segments. SAP Concur keeps throwing the error "We encountered an issue..."

When I try to cancel a reservation, SAP Concur shows the following error:  "We're Sorry....we encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request." The trip persists as 'Confirmed' then.
