Symptom

  1. Click Administration-> Expense
  2. Click Attendee Import Templates
  3. Select Language
  4. Click Generate Base Template
  5. Click Upload Template and select the downloaded file in step 4, and the system shows Error: ‘Sorry, something went wrong. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk. (Error 500)’ when uploading Excel Templates for Attendee Import'.
