Symptom

User was trying to book a flight via Travelfusion and received the following warning message:

 We have not been able to determine whether your purchase was successful. If you do not receive an email confirmation with a confirmation number directly from the Airline within next 15 minutes. please contact the airline to confirm your booking. please do not attempt to buy this again unless you have verified you do not already have a booking."
