3818802 - Error in logs: "DEACTIVATED TRAVELER PROFILE"

Scenario 1:
When I click Search to book a trip, the following error appears starting with

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."
 or 

Scenario 2:

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error starting with
"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system..."




In the transaction logs the following error message is captured:
"DEACTIVATED TRAVELER PROFILE"

When I save the Traveler Profile or when I try to book a trip I see a generic error. In the transaction logs there is an error saying: "DEACTIVATED TRAVELER PROFILE" , KBA , CON-CA-USP , User Profile , Problem
