SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3818803 - Error in logs "18|Presentation|Serializing/Deserializing error: [type = DataElement] [name = providerCode] [Error = Invalid length for data element]"

Symptom

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error starting with
"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system..."

In GDS logs the following error can be found: 
"18|Presentation|Serializing/Deserializing error: [type = DataElement] [name = providerCode] [Error = Invalid length for data element]"
