3818813 - How can I update Expense Assistant to create reports monthly or trip-based?

I am having issue with the expenses available and open report (report not yet submitted). Expense Assistant will group all the items from the available expenses into the open expense report automatically. I do not want that to happen, I would like to create separate reports per expense travel / purpose.

All the items from my available expenses AUTOMATICALLY goes into the open expense report and I do not want this to happen. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , CON-CA , Cross Applications , Problem
