3818816 - Why are characters entered in a report name that exceeds the character limit?

When an expense report is created the characters exceed the character limit set in the Report Name field.

Expense > Forms and Fields

Concur Expense all versions

I want to know why characters are entered that exceed the character limit set in the Report Name field , KBA , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
