Many of our employees are unable to create the travel allowance itinerary as they are receiving an error "No Travel Allowance rate found for this location and date, contact your system administrator for assistance." They were able to create the itinerary in the previous week. Could you please assist in providing resolution and root cause on this concern at the earliest as we have employees waiting to submit their expense reports.
