3818878 - Error in logs: "Cliqbook is unable to locate your profile information stored in the reservation system. Please contact your travel agent or travel administrator for help in resolving this situation."

Symptom

When I click Search to book a trip, the following error appears starting with

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile...

The following error is captured in GDS logs:

"Cliqbook is unable to locate your profile information stored in the reservation system. Please contact your travel agent or travel administrator for help in resolving this situation."
